These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish a legal relationship between users of the pkg88 platform ("Website" or "Service") and pkg88's operations. You are required to read and understand the terms set out on this page before registering an account or continuing to use the platform. 01.General Agreement
From the moment you access and use the pkg88 website, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement includes, in addition to these main Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an inseparable part of these Terms.

02.Account Registration & Eligibility
Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older (21+) to register and play at pkg88. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing the site. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, it will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
One Account Per Person
Each player is allowed to open only one personal account at pkg88. If a duplicate account is found using the same name, phone number, or bank account, the most recently opened account will be closed and any bonuses will not be returned.
Registration Details
Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. pkg88 may verify any player's eligibility at any time — whether at the point of withdrawal or without prior reason. Refusing to cooperate with verification may result in account access being restricted.
Account Security
Players must keep their account password confidential and must not share it with anyone. Players are solely responsible for all gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and other activities that occur on their account.
03.Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
Funds will be credited to your account once the deposit has been verified. If you experience any issue with a deposit, contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat. Players must deposit only through a payment method registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
Withdrawals
The account requesting a withdrawal must be fully verified. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.
Players should be aware that commission or bank fees may apply to both deposits and withdrawals, and these charges are the player's own responsibility.
04.Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (Wagering Requirement 25x).
- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Account balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
- Example 2 — Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Account balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering required: 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks
The welcome bonus can be claimed once per player. The eligible game types and conditions for completing the bonus wagering requirement can be found on the website.
General Promotion Terms
All pkg88 promotions, bonuses, and offers are available in Myanmar Kyat only. Promotions cannot be combined with one another. pkg88 reserves the right to suspend or modify any promotion at any time.
Referral Commission
When you refer a friend who completes their first deposit, you will receive 10% of that deposit amount as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks per referral), plus a weekly commission of 0.2% of your referred friend's valid bets.
05.Game Rules
Players must follow the rules of each game they play. If a player is found to have exploited a technical error (software bug), pkg88 reserves the right to void all related activity, settle any funds accordingly, and handle any bonus winnings on a pro-rata basis.
Game results are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed. pkg88 is not responsible for any losses caused by the player's own communication system, network connection or personal device failures.
06.Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkg88 platform—
- Bonus Abuse
- Money Laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Using programs, bots or automated software to play
- Using bet-hedging strategies that complete bonus wagering requirements without taking any real personal loss
- Colluding with another player to abuse bonuses
- Third-party payments or fake / invalid deposits
- Interfering with the normal operation of any game by any means
If any of these activities are detected, pkg88 has the right to suspend the relevant account without prior notice and to refuse withdrawal of funds.
07.Account Closure
Closure by the Player
A player may request to close their account at any time of their own free will. To do so, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining valid account balance will be returned if withdrawal conditions are met.
Closure by pkg88
pkg88 may suspend or close an account without prior notice if a player is found to have violated these terms, provided false personal information, or engaged in activity deemed harmful to the platform. In such cases, bonus funds will not be refunded.
08.Personal Data and Security
pkg88 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology and stores and manages that information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Players' financial information and game records are stored in a secure environment.
Players must notify pkg88 immediately of any changes to their personal information. Players are solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or unchanged information.
09.Limitation of Liability
pkg88 is not responsible for any financial losses, unexpected losses or personal losses arising from a player's own gaming decisions. Any player who accesses and plays on the platform is deemed to acknowledge and agree that they do so using their own judgment and at their own discretion.
If a disconnection occurs during gameplay due to a technical fault (server outage, software bug), pkg88 will review the transaction records for the amount being wagered at that time and make a ruling. That ruling will be final.
10.Amendment of Terms
pkg88 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Players are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
